Description

IKO SBS Sanded T-O Top Layer / Underlay is a polyester based, sand surfaced torch-on membrane. The SBS modification is added to the bitumen, creating an elastomeric product which is able to cope with greater ranges of temperature whilst maintaining superior flexibility.

This product is designed to be used as part of multiple layer bituminous felt system. It can be utilised as both an under layer to a suitable SBS cap sheet or as a plain cap sheet when protected by further material, such as IKOpro Solar Reflective Paint or chippings bedded into chipping compound.
