Description
SBS modified bitumen DPC system with a 50 micron aluminium core. This core gives greater material resistance to the passage of radon, carbon dioxide and methane. When used within a suitably designed ground gas system, it serves to resist gas migration into the cavity of the masonry wall construction.

Description
SBS modified bitumen DPC system with a 50 micron aluminium core. This core gives greater material resistance to the passage of radon, carbon dioxide and methane. When used within a suitably designed ground gas system, it serves to resist gas migration into the cavity of the masonry wall construction.
The products primary area of use is within hazardous ground gas systems; however it can also be used within masonry walls to prevent passage of moisture from the ground and at all levels as cavity tray to prevent the downward movement of water.
As the product is sand surfaced, is achieves an excellent bond with mortar and can be used to provide protection under situations of minimal loading such as parapet walls, under throated coping stones and under brick-on edge detailing for both solid masonry and cavity wall construction.
