IKO Easyseal Pro is a high performance self-adhesive bituminous roofing cap sheet, developed specifically for the professional installer, as well as the discerning DIYer and for use where traditional torch-on techniques are inappropriate or prohibited. The combination of a high tensile polyester base and SBS elastomeric bitumen coatings, ensures all the tried and trusted benefits of a high performance multi-layer built-up system are achieved (when combined with other IKO Easyseal products) with a totally fire safe application technique.

IKO Easyseal Pro can be used in a comprehensive IKO Easyseal system and has a selvedge edge (100mm) and end lap for ease of lap jointing.

The IKO Easyseal self-adhesive roofing system has been designed to remove the requirement for hot bitumen and or naked flames for anyone installing roofing membranes.

The IKO Easyseal system consists of five high performance membranes, all of which can be applied to small roofs, such as those over garages, porches, extensions and dormer windows etc. as well as the IKO Easyseal Pro and Universal Underlay being equally applicable for larger projects. Each membrane consists of an underside adhesive coating protected by a release film.

The self-adhesive application process is triggered by applying IKOpro Self-Adhesive Bitumen Primer to the substrate, eliminating the need for hot bitumen or gas torches, making the IKO Easyseal range an ideal option for experienced contractors or competent DIY installers alike.

The IKO Easyseal Pro high performance bitumen membrane has been tested under ENV1187 and has been classified as BROOF(t4) in accordance with BS EN 13501-5: 2005 fire classification of construction products and building elements – classification using data from external fire exposure to roof tests. This is made possible with the use of IKO Prevent Graphite Fire Wall Technology with self-extinguishing properties.
