The IKO Armourplan SM150 Waterproofing System was approved for the roof after stringent technical analysis and due diligence by the architects – Oppermann Associates. The D60 metal deck was a perfect structure to receive an Armourplan single ply pvc warm roof system.

IKO Spectravap was loosed laid and all laps taped and sealed with our bituminous Hyload tape. The Kingspan TR26 ALU Insulation was mechanically fixed to the D60 Metal Deck. The IKO Armourplan SM150 (1.5mm) was Isowelded to the fixing plates and a standing seam profile installed at 500mm centres.
