IKO Easyseal Universal Underlay is a high performance underlay with a fine mineral finish. This product is self-adhesive to provide an economical, controlled bond to a substrate, when the subsequent layer (IKO Torch-On Cap Sheet) is fully bonded using a traditional torch-on method.

The IKO Easyseal system consists of five high performance membranes, all of which can be applied to small roofs, such as those over garages, porches, extensions and dormer windows etc. as well as the IKO Easyseal Pro and Universal Underlay being equally applicable for larger projects. Each membrane consists of an underside adhesive coating protected by a release film.

The self-adhesive application process is triggered by applying IKOpro Self-Adhesive Bitumen Primer to the substrate.

Note: IKO Easyseal Universal Underlay has been designed to be installed with an IKO Torch-On Cap Sheet.
