IKO Easyseal Heat-Activated Fully Bonded Underlay is used for main roof areas in cold roof constructions and all detailing beneath IKO SBS Torch-On Cap Sheets.

IKO Easyseal Heat-Activated Fully Bonded Underlay is a high performance, glass-fibre reinforced carrier with a heat-activated bitumen SBS elastomeric coating. The underside has a heat-activated bitumen coating (protected by a release film) that provides a full bond to primed substrates, it has a 75mm selvedge that facilitates a full bond and rapid installation of the lap joints. The upper surface has a fine mineral finish with a 75mm release film selvedge to facilitate rapid installation of lap joints.

The adhesive coating to the underside is activated when it comes into contact with IKOpro Easyseal Bonding Agent to give a guaranteed bond.

The IKO Easyseal Flat Roofing System consists of seven high performance membranes. BBA approved (certificate no.02/3916) IKO Easyseal self-Adhesive Roofing System has been designed to remove the requirement for hot bitumen and or naked flames for anyone installing roofing membranes.
