IKO Easyseal Cap Sheet is suitable for use as a field sheet and detailing membrane, with a 15 year guarantee.

Manufactured with a high performance polyester base, coated with SBS modified bitumen. The upper surface is finished with a green slate mineral. The underside adhesive coating is protected by a release film, which is removed during installation, to facilitate the bond to the IKO Easyseal Underlay.

The IKO Easyseal Flat Roofing System consists of seven high performance membranes. BBA approved (certificate no.02/3916) IKO Easyseal Roofing System has been designed to remove the requirement for hot bitumen and or naked flames for anyone installing roofing membranes.

The self-adhesive application process is triggered by applying IKOpro Self-Adhesive Bitumen Primer to the substrate, eliminating the need for hot bitumen or gas torches, making the IKO Easyseal range an ideal option for experienced contractors or competent DIY installers alike.
