498m2 New high performance roof
Project Description
St Basil’s Catholic Primary is a Voluntary Aided School which is situated in the Hough Green area to the west of the town of Widnes, it had become necessary to replace the roof. The main objectives of the project were to thermally upgrade the insulation and to provide a long term, high performance roof. All the work needed to be completed within the 6 week school holiday so there would be no disruptions.
Solution and Installation
IKO were the chosen manufacturer due to their expert surveying practises and guaranteed products. Before the work to the roof was started an old water tank had to be removed. This didn’t stop the project being completed on time to a very good standard by the contractor
